WiFi FAQ
Is this a secure site for my credit card information?
Yes. The connection is made with a secure server and the transaction is encrypted for your security. If you have any concerns, pre-paid Priority Point Access Cards are available for sale at our Business Centers during most event hours. All major credit cards are accepted.
I am trying to send an email but the message fails to send?
If you are trying to send mail out from a Priority Point wireless connection and you are not using a web mail client (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc...), you can use Priority Point's outgoing mail server which is smtp.prioritynetworks.net.
Can I purchase a Priority Point card at the Moscone Center?
Yes, at one of the three business centers.
What is my username and password?
Access to Priority Point does not require a user name or password. You can login by entering the access code from the scratch off area of the Priority Point Access Card or by entering your credit card information into our secure server. Priority Point Access Cards are available at the Business Center.
When I access my web browser on my wireless system, it is not the Moscone Center/Priority Point login page. How do I login?
If another page loads (i.e.: your cashed home page), try to access another web site on the Internet. This will typically bring the Moscone Center/Priority Point login page up automatically.
Initial login through the Moscone Center/Priority Point access page took me to the Internet but now I am unable to get connected again!
Make sure that you are still associated with the "Priority" wireless networks. Also, it is possible that your time has expired. For assistance contact Priority Point technical support at (800) 214-7780.
If I purchase several Priority Point Cards here at Moscone can I use my leftover cards at another Priority Networks facility.
Yes, they are good at any PNI facility. Keep in mind that each card has an expiration date that runs from one to two years from purchase date.
Can I get a receipt for my company expense report?
Yes, during the login process you will ask to provide an e-mail address. Once you login an e-mail will automatically be sent to you confirming your access and the amount paid via credit card.
